Butter Injected Lobster 🦞
Lobster is one of my favorite foods and I wanted to try something new. After injecting with literally an entire stick of butter, the result was some incredibly tender and buttery meat.
Also, the lobster shotgun is my new favorite lobster eating activity. There is so much flavorful broth inside each claw and mixed with the butter, it tasted like fresh lobster bisque!
