I made some butter at home yesterday and there was buttermilk left which I used in this #ButtermilkSourdoughBread
Recipe for buttermilk sourdough (You can make sourdough bread rolls with the same recipe)
500 grams bread flour
100 grams starter
about 300ml Buttermilk and or water
2 teaspoons salt
Method for the buttermilk sourdough bread
Mix all the ingredients together
Leave it to rise, shape and bake
Bake at 200 Celsius for about 45 minute
