We call it thalipeeth or Dhapata in Maharashtra State in India. In place of lentils we use different mixes and types of powdered grains and put different veggies too. We add green chillies, spring onion, grated carrots, finely chopped spinach or fenugreek as well . This is a great way to make small kids eat veggies here in India 😂😂
Just to give all of you some more superb ideas 😅 am suggesting few things.
Try putting some sesame seeds in oil to splutter before placing the batter in pan. Also make small holes with finger in the batter for better aeration and faster, better cooking 😊 Enjoy making delicious dhapatas😋😋

I made cabbage in crackpot, added brown rice chicken broth, carrots,some onion polish sausage, potatoes, lots spices cook till done add cabbage last not mushy if you cook it right.
