Ingredientes para el caldo: -4 libras de camarón con cabeza. – 6 tomates -1 barita de apio -1/4 de cebolla. Condimentos: 1 cucharada de orégano, 2 cucharadas de pimienta negra molida, 2 cucharadas de sal, 1 cucharada de consomé de caldo de camarón y un diente de ajo. -2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal, 2.5 litros de agua. 2 zanahorias y 2 papas. 7 ramitas de cilantro. Rectificamos sal. Y para acompañar pepino picado en cuadritos y cebolla morada. Limón y huichol al gusto.
