    *𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁
    • Thick cut bacon
    • Brown sugar
    • Ghost pepper hot honey @melindasfoods
    • @tonychacheres No Salt Cajun seasoning
    • Red Jalapeños

    𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
    • Lay bacon out on a wire rack
    • Add a layer of hot honey, brown sugar then Cajun seasoning
    • Flip and Repeat this process on the other side
    • Top w/ slices of red jalapeños
    • Place in a pre-heated smoker or oven at 300F for 30-40 mins until bacon is crispy and starting to get a char around the edges
    • Let cool for 10mins before removing from wire rack
