โข Thick cut bacon
โข Brown sugar
โข Ghost pepper hot honey @melindasfoods
โข @tonychacheres No Salt Cajun seasoning
โข Red Jalapeรฑos

โข Lay bacon out on a wire rack
โข Add a layer of hot honey, brown sugar then Cajun seasoning
โข Flip and Repeat this process on the other side
โข Top w/ slices of red jalapeรฑos
โข Place in a pre-heated smoker or oven at 300F for 30-40 mins until bacon is crispy and starting to get a char around the edges
โข Let cool for 10mins before removing from wire rack
