Caramel Pudding ๐ฎ
Ingredients :
3tbsp Sugar
1.5tbsp Water or 25ml Water
500ml Milk
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Method :
1. Add sugar and water to a pan. Dissolve on medium flame and caramelise till it turns light golden brown.
2. Pour in container and spread and let it set.
3. Add milk and sugar to a sauce pan. Dissolve sugar and bring to a boil. Now reduce the milk till it is half quantity. Cool and bring the milk to room temperature.
4. Beat the eggs and add the milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
5. Strain and pour in container.
6. Cover with silver foil.
7. Place a kitchen towel on the bottom of the pan. Add enough water to cover half the container.
8. Bring the water to a boil. Place the pudding container in it.
9. Cover with lid and let it steam on low flame for 30 mins.
10. Cool and bring to room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours.
11. Remove the silver foil and loosen the sides.
12. Place a plate on it and flip it.
13. Cut and enjoy !!!
