These caramelised onion and cheese rolls were DELICIOUS! soft and fluffy, filled with sweet onions and Gouda, they’re delicious when served with a hearty soup

Ingredients:
550g breadflour
300ml milk
2 eggs
60g butter
1 sachet yeast
2 TSP salt
300g Gouda cheese (or your cheese of choice!)

Caramelised onions:
4 large sliced onions
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of salt
Knob of butter

Plus melted butter for the cooked rolls.
Tip: cover and keep the heat LOW AND SLOW! for the onions…if they start sticking to the pan, add a splash of water and continue cooking
