That’s pulled pork homie, looks good but not carnitas
As a Mexican, I can't hate on this because it looks delicious. I just wouldn't call it carnitas. It's more like pulled pork tacos with the Mexican twist. They can't be carnitas since they are not confit in they own lard. That's the key. The whole point of carnitas. 😉
