Chili Cornbread Casserole
1 Lb Ground Beef
9 Oz Beef Chorizo
1/2 Cup Beef Stock
1/2 tsp Taco Seasoning
3 Oz Ground Pork Rinds
3 Eggs
6 Oz Cooked Chicken
1 tsp Baking Powder
6 Tbsp Chicken Stock
1) Place the ground beef into a pan that’s set over medium high heat and allow to brown for about 5 minutes.
2) Once the beef is browned, drain most of the grease and keep the beef in the pan.
3) Once drained, add the chorizo and break it up into the ground beef and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
4) Add the beef stock and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat to medium and allow to simmer for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
5) Remove from the heat and mix in the taco seasoning. Set aside.
6 ) Add the Pork rinds, eggs, chicken, backing powder, and chicken stock to a food processor and process on low for about 2 minutes or until a uniform dough has formed.
7) Place the chili into a small oven-safe casserole dish and then top with the cornbread topping.
8) Place into an oven that’s set to 400F for 22 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

That was a fast chili. We use to have fried potatoes with chorizo.
Top that off with some sour cream and I bet that's delicious!

Call it delicious looking, I canโt wait to try. I love your taco shake seasoning. I love to shake some on an avocado, besides meat!
