Casey Woods’s new favorite dish: Lasagna Pizza! Layers of savory Italian sausage, creamy ricotta, and freshly grated mozzarella come together on a 14-inch crust with a rich tomato basil sauce.
Ingredients
1 package Italian sausage links
1 small tub of ricotta cheese
1 bundle fresh parsley
Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning
1 pre-made or homemade pizza dough ball (approximately 16 oz)
1 jar tomato basil sauce (or your favorite jarred sauce)
1 small block of low-moisture mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Asiago cheese
Directions
1. Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to around 550°F.
2. Remove the Italian sausage links from their casings and cook them on a griddle, breaking them apart until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool.
3. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of ricotta cheese, a handful of chopped parsley, and 1 tablespoon of Tuscan Herb Seasoning.
4. Stretch out your pizza dough to approximately 14-16 inches in diameter.
5. Spread your sauce evenly over the stretched pizza dough.
6. Grate about 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it over the sauce.
7. Add spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture on top of the mozzarella, followed by the cooked Italian sausage and a handful of Parmesan Asiago cheese.
8. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for approximately two minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
9. Remove the pizza from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, then slice and serve.

I was amazed how stupid people are in this country
Keep it up looks great
Somce when did lasamge have sausage in it? And isnt it supposed tobbe layers of pasta and chesse/sauce/and meat? This is just a pizza stop trying to reinvent things
Ive never understood why people don't make the pizza directly on the peel so they don't have to jiggle it underneath and fling toppings everywhere
Looks delicious!
I am mostly impressed by the premade sauce… how did you manage to get hands on it?
I was hungry when I saw this
Looks good but its not lasagna pizza.
