  1. Love casseroles-have everything on hand for the French Onion Casserole and how comforting for the way below 0 weather we have in the forecast! Wishing you and your beautiful family a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

  2. Hey, Jen!! Both great recipes – I've made the Dorito one with shredded or diced chicken, either leftover rotisserie chicken or a couple of poached breasts. And I make it keto! The stroganoff-style recipe looks good, too, and I could easily make it keto as well (with a bit of a dirty keto cheat if I use the soup mix. Even making my own mix, the bouillon powder is a little "dirty" though Goya seems to be the cleanest I can find).

I LOVE your channel because I've loved casseroles and you seem to, as well. And we share the OCD evenly mixed and evenly sprinkled thing. 😂 There are some channels I just can't watch!

    Merry Christmas! 💚🎅🏻🎄🎅🏻💚

  3. Oh, these look so yummy! I have a bunch of recipes for ground beef. Spaghetti sauce in top of the list, followed by hamburger stroganoff, and then mushroom meatloaf after that! Hope your holidays are wonderful! 🙂
