レシピはこちら⇩ ■豚じゃがの青じそバター醤油炒め- [2人分] 豚こま肉200g じゃがいも2個(300g) 青じそ4枚 片栗粉大さじ1 油適量 A醤油・酒・砂糖大さじ1と1/2 Aバター10g [作り方] ①じゃがいもは皮をむき一口大の乱切りにして水にさらす。耐熱容器に入れてふんわりとラップをし、600Ｗ6～7分加熱する。 ②青じそは千切りにする。豚こま肉は食べやすい大きさにちぎりながら片栗粉をまぶす。 ③フライパンに油を熱し、豚こま肉を加えて中火で炒める。お肉の色が変わってきたら、じゃがいもを加えてさっと炒める。Aと青じそを加えて全体を炒め合わせる。 ■こんにゃくの甘辛煮- [2人分] こんにゃく1枚 ごま油適量 Aしょうゆ・みりん各大さじ1 A砂糖大さじ1/2 A赤唐辛子(輪切り)1/2本分 いりごま小さじ1/2 [作り方] ①こんにゃくは1cm厚に切り、真ん中に切れ込みをいれてくるりんぱ。 ②フライパンにごま油を熱し、1を中火でさっと炒める ③Aを加え汁気がなくなるまで炒め、いりごまをふる。 ■みょうがと豆腐の味噌汁- [2人分] 水カップ3(600ml) パックだし1袋 みょうが2個 豆腐150g 味噌大さじ2～3 刻みねぎ適量 [作り方] ①鍋に水とパックだしを入れて火にかけて5分煮る。 ②みょうがは斜め薄切りにする。 ③パックだしを取り出し、食べやすく切った豆腐とみょうがを加えてさっと煮る。弱火で味噌を溶きいれる。 #ゆり子のおいしい暮らし#簡単レシピ#時短レシピ#おぼんごはん#和食ごはん#節約レシピ#献立#味噌汁#味噌汁レシピ#副菜#副菜レシピ#じゃがいも#じゃがいもレシピ#豚肉#豚肉レシピ#豚こま#豚こまレシピ#こんにゃく#こんにゃくレシピ#みょうが#みょうがレシピ#豆腐#豆腐レシピ source
