Chana Dal Barfi | Sweet Recipe | Chana Dal Katli | Dessert Recipe | N’Oven

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Chana Dal
Soak For 3-4 Hours
Wash With Water
2 Cup Milk
½ Tsp Salt
Boil Until Soft
Cool down For 10 Min.
Blend Well
½ Cup Ghee
2 Cardamom
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
Pour The Blended Dal
Cook In Low Heat For 5-7min.
1 Cup Sugar
Cook In Low Heat For 5-7min.
¼ Cup Powder Milk
Cook Until Separate From Pan
Remove The Spices (Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf )
Grease Oil / Ghee In The Plate
Spread Evenly
Cool down
Cut Into Pieces
Nuts On Top
