I notice you use a wooden board for your raw meat. How do you ensure it is thoroughly clean. I would prefer not to use the plastic ones I currently use
How long will it keep in the freezer? How long do you defrost it? On the defrost question I find it takes ages to defrost in the fridge but everything says do that? Can you slice it first to enable defrosting small amounts?
