Who can resist baked tahong? Make this well loved appetizer seafood dish for your next family gathering!

BAKED TAHONG

Ingredients:
20 pcs mussels
1/4 cup grated Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup grated Euro Chef Cheddar Cheese
100g butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/5 cup grated Euro Chef Mozzarella Cheese (for topping)
1/5 cup grated Euro Chef Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
Salt and pepper (for tasting)

Steps:
Pre-heat oven to 200C
In a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter then add minced garlic. Cook until softened.
Add in the breadcrumbs and mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the milk and stir continuously until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add in the grated mozzarella and cheddar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the mussels in a baking tray
Using a spoon, fill each mussel shell with the sauce then top with grated mozzarella and cheddar
Bake for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted and golden.
Serve while warm. Share and enjoy!
