  4. I absolutely LOVE watching CJP but whoever runs his store is running it quite poorly. I've messaged the store multiple times asking to refund my truffle oil because there is absolutely NO truffle flavor. I've never received a reply and, unfortunately will never purchase anything else from CJP's store because of this.

You make amazing dishes and it's a real laugh along the way; 2 of the Best things you can ask for in cooking! 👨‍🍳🥘🍳 Love your Work , wish I could taste the Food through the screen but I have had a few of what you do and can tell yours would be every bit as Good (if not better ^ ^)

  6. Thanks, Chef. Please teach us how/what to do with leftover roasted beef and lamb, after freezing it for 17 years. That meat, especially roasted beef, may be medium rare or medium. Also, you may like to advise people, that is better to take out the roast meat from the oven a few degrees below the desired temperature because it will still cook by itself when resting. Thanks.

    PS I just bought a chicken planning to make the roasted chicken in a frypan you taught us a few weeks ago. 😄
