Both seem almost identical, except the THERMO PRO is way cheaper.
It's too bad their website crashed as soon as you posted your video and hasn't come back online since. It doesn't look good on them.

Good but expensive.
I am a lefty, and I love the rotating screen. Another plus: it has a magnet on the back so I keep it on the side of my fridge instead a drawer. Handy for sticking it on the grill frame outside too. Luckily find Finaltouch X10.
This is the fastest reading thermometer I’ve ever used. The ChefsTemp Final Touch X10 is the best thermometer I’ve ever owned.
