Marinate 30mins

Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Blend into paste

Tamarind Water

Tamarind – 80gms
Water (350-400ml)

Tomato puree
👇
Tomatoes – 180g (3 medium size)
Make puree

Making of Chepala pulusu

Oil – 4 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Blended masala paste
Curry leaves – 1cup
Gingergarlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Rock salt (2nd 50%)
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Tomato puree
Green chilli – 10
Marinated fish
Tamarind juice
Water – 1 litre
Grinded masala
Coriander leaves

For masala

Cardamom – 4
