    Ingredients
    1. 1 kg chicken washed and dried with slashes in the chicken
    2. 1 tsp salt
    3. 5 tsp lemon juice or 2 round lemons
    4. 4 green long chillis
    5. A big handful of coriander leaves
    6. 3/4 cup yogurt
    7. 2 medium onions sliced thin and fried then dried
    8. 2 Tbsp ginger paste
    9. 1 tsp red Kashmiri powder
    10. 1 tsp normal Indian red chili
    11. 1 tsp kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
    12. 1 tsp kasturi mirchi powder roasted
    13. 3 tsp chaat masala
    14. 1 tsp garam masala powder
    15. 1/2 tsp red powdered food coloring
    16. 1/4 cup milk
    17. 1 cup cream

    Directions
    1. Wash and dry the chicken
    2. Slash the chicken with a knife
    3. Over it pour 1/2 tsp salt and the juice of 2 small lemons
    4. Let that sit for 10 minutes
    5. IN a blender put the 4 chillis and a big handful of coriander, 2 TBSP yogurt, the 2 sliced onions fried and blend
    6. Put aside this mix in a bowl
    7. IN a big bowl put the remainder of the dahi and the green paste
    8. Put in the 2 TBSP ginger
    9. 1 tsp red Kashmiri chicken powder
    10. 1 tsp normal Indian red chili
    11. 1 tsp Kasturi mirchi powder roasted
    12. 1 tsp kali mirch powder. Black pepper2 tsp chaat masala
    13. 1 tsp garam masala powder
    14. 1 tsp red powdered food coloring
    15. Mix all these ingredients
    16. Add the chicken to the masala
    17. Mix it together with your hands
    18. Marinate in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours
    19. In a pan put 5 tbsp oil
    20. Put the chicken pieces in the fry pan and fry for 5 min on each side on higher heat
    21. then put the lid on and fry for 15 min on a low flame
    22. Add 2 Tbsp water on the edges
    23. Occasionally turn the chicken making sure it doesn't dry out
    24. After 15 minutes you should see plenty of juice around the pan
    25. Take off the lid and fry on high for 4-5 min to dry out the water
    26. Take out the pieces of chicken and put on the plate
    27. Put the chicken on a screen and hold over the fire till it is smoked and browned
    28. Now put 3 tbsp oil in a pan with one tbsp butter
    29. PUt the remainder of the masala mix in the frypan and fry for a few minutes
    30. PUt another tsp chaat masala and 1/2 tsp salt
    31. Add to it the gravy from the fried chicken
    32. Add a quarter cup milk and stir
    33. Now add the fried chicken
    34. Add 1 cup fresh cream
    35. Cook for one minute

  2. Hello, aap se thodi help leni hai, please aap biryani ke liye kaun se rice use karti hai bataye, sella rice ke alawa. Aur agar bata sake kis basmati rice me good atoma hai, kiyon ki mein ne almost all brand ke basmati rice use kar ke dekh liye, aroma sab me missing hai. Please reply karein.
