  1. I made this last night.. I didn’t have any white wine so I added a splash of vinegar and some lemon juice to bring it a little more needed acidity to the flavor. It turned out amazing! Thank you for the inspiration!!

  3. If only the young ones ( and others)could realize how some great meals can happen faster than take out. Budget friendly and much healthier. Sadly, this still will fall on deaf ears anyway.

    Maybe a stupid question, but do you have a written recipe for this dish ?
    It really looks so delicious, so I’d want to try this at home, but I’d like to have some instructions about quantities of chicken, vegetables, cooking times, etc…
    I’m not a newbie in the kitchen, but I love to have a recipe when I’m cooking.
