I made this last night.. I didn’t have any white wine so I added a splash of vinegar and some lemon juice to bring it a little more needed acidity to the flavor. It turned out amazing! Thank you for the inspiration!!

chicken is a great meat, like beef, but veal is cruelty, lamb is cruelty, I would never eat at your restaurant of cruelty to baby animals
If only the young ones ( and others)could realize how some great meals can happen faster than take out. Budget friendly and much healthier. Sadly, this still will fall on deaf ears anyway.
