I made this last night.. I didn’t have any white wine so I added a splash of vinegar and some lemon juice to bring it a little more needed acidity to the flavor. It turned out amazing! Thank you for the inspiration!!

American Raw Chicken it’s high on salmonella 😂
Can you do a vid of how you cook your restaurant food ? Also is your restaurant considered fine dining ?
Showed my wife this video yesterday. She said how good it looked.
I made it for dinner tonight (Monday 30 June here in Brisbane, Australia).
A real hit! Was told that I could make this any time.
Thanks Steve
I use the same pastatta brand in Australia!
That looks absolutely delicious. Got my mouth watering at 12am 😂
ITS BEEN 32 MINUTES 🗣️🗣️
chicken is a great meat, like beef, but veal is cruelty, lamb is cruelty, I would never eat at your restaurant of cruelty to baby animals
If only the young ones ( and others)could realize how some great meals can happen faster than take out. Budget friendly and much healthier. Sadly, this still will fall on deaf ears anyway.
Looks tasty
Hey Steve, my name is Koen and I’m a huge fan from Belgium.
Maybe a stupid question, but do you have a written recipe for this dish ?
It really looks so delicious, so I’d want to try this at home, but I’d like to have some instructions about quantities of chicken, vegetables, cooking times, etc…
I’m not a newbie in the kitchen, but I love to have a recipe when I’m cooking.
Thanks in advance ! And lots of warm greetings from Belgium my friend.
Thanks.
Koen Bracke from Berlare (Belgium).
I remember a dish – 'uovo di purgatorio' – (from the Sopranos cookery book lol) – do you know it?
Thanks for sharing!
Needs them black olives 👍🏻
Not the plastic cutting board ☠️
Lovely dish cooked perfectly.
