I noticed that the first pan you put in had handles Pasquale, and uncovered. We don’t cover it? And the pan you pulled out was much bigger and no handles, did you change the pans midway through?

Great but 2 different pans ….1 in…..another out😂
Mine differs by way of having it in thirds. Chicken fried halfway, sauce, then veggies sauteed. When sauce is done to taste, I add chicken, then reduce for an hour. Then I add my sauteed veggies last, then simmer for 15min.
I serve with rice of my preferred garlic mashed potatoes 😋

I made this …. 6 huge chicken legs on sale .39 cents pound! Leftover Puttanesca sauce, some tomatoes and peppers from the garden I fire roasted and skinned first (I hate skins on peppers) and herbs from garden. Also, one cast iron pot an cook a it on a da stove Asa it toa hot Ina da kitchen to turn ona da oven.
