Chicken Caesar Grinder – Quick & Easy Recipe!



My latest obsession worth being viral! unbelievably good and full of flavor!!

PRINTABLE RECIPE:

CHICKEN CESAR GRINDER RECIPE:
For the cutlets:
4 Thinly pounded chicken breast (make sure they are roughly the same size as the roll or double up of they are really small)
1/2 cup of Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of Panko
2 Eggs whisked with couple tbsp of milk
1/4 cup of Parm
Salt and Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil for frying

For the dressing:
2 Tbsp of Mayo
2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of Anchovy Paste
1 Clove of Garlic, grated
Few Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Small Splash of Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of Parm plus more

Additional Ingredients:
4 Hoagie Rolls
2 Heads of Romaine, finely chopped
Olive Oil
1 Clove of Garlic, peeled not chopped

  1. Food look delicious. But I don't know what kind of restaurant training "all" of the "cooks" in just about ever cooking show. Why and how they get away wit hitting glass ceramic of any kind with metal objects in all of the restaurant I worked in the chef better never hear that clinging of spoon, fork or any metal with glass of any kind. You'd be terminated on the spot. But I haven't worked in a restaurant in years but I guess glass pieces in you customers food is OK now a days

  2. It LOOKS DELICIOUS! 😋I Might have to Cheat and use Ceasar Dressing and add Anchovy Paste to It. MAYBE!! I get Lazy Sometimes when it comes to Making Food from Scratch I have to be in the Mood LOL!

  4. I would watch Laura just for the tasting part of her videos. This looks awesome. Laura, if you were to add cheese to this sandwich, which kind would you go for (I know it's got "parm" all over it, but I mean like some kind of outward slice cheese to complement it).
