Batter
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients and add water, combine. Cover chicken and fry about 1-2 min per side.
