That's not how we boro peoples cook.. We first cook the chicken and when the chicken is half done then only we add the white gourd… Then the white gourd doesn't gets messed up 😊😊

Looks divine! I must try this. In my country we believed that white gourd is perfect vegetable to cool your body temperature during hot summer too.
Lol "Dao Kumra" which is often called "Dao Jwng Kumra Jwng" translates as "With Chicken and white gourd"..!!
Also, that not how its original Cooked… but then again there can be variation to it…None the less,…your dish looks delicious…and I believe it will taste good too.
