Chicken Cutlet ASMR Cooking

Serving: 4

– Boneless Chicken 200 gm
– Make Keema Of It
– Add Paste Of Corriander, Mint, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli & Salt
– Bread Crumbs For Good Binding
– Mix Them Well & Give A Proper Cutlet Shape
– Give It Good Egg Wash (Mix 2 Eggs With Salt & Black Pepper)
– Coat Them Well With Bread Crumbs
Here, I am using SS Masala Special “Panko Bread Crumbs” This is best for crispy & crunchy coating. Even, it don’t absorb excess oil in snacks.
– You can double coat your snacks by repeating same process
– Keep In Refrigerator For An Hour To Set It Down (Even You Can Store It For 10-15 Days In Freezer)
– Heat Good Amout Of Oil In Tawa
– Fry Them On Low-Medium Heat Until They Become Crisp & Golden
– Serve Hot With Ketchup Or Kasundi
