Sweet Heat Drums 🥵

2 lbs chicken drumsticks (4-5)

Marinade:
4 blended chipotle peppers with their adobo sauce
1 Tbsp honey
Seasonings I used: 1 tsp salt, garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne

Air fry at 350F for 30-40 minutes consistently turning them

Salsa:

1 Hungarian wax pepper
1 sweet pepper
1 Serrano
1/2 shallot
1 Roma tomato
1 Persian cucumber
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil

Chipotle mayo:
1/2 cup mayo
2-3 chopped or blended chipotles with their adobo
Cilantro or parsley to taste
