Chicken Egg Salad:
– dice up some rotisserie chicken
– Hard boil several eggs (I used 4) and mash them
– Dice up about half a bunch of dill
– Dice 1/4 red onion
– Mix everything in bowl and add salt & pepper to taste and mayo to taste.
– Enjoy!
