  1. Keep the avocado stones so that you can put then in the guacbowl and it’ll keep the guac from turning brown. You can also tap the guac on the counter a couple of times and then put just enough water to cover the guac about 1/8” he put a lid on it and I’ll keep for a couple of days. When you’re ready for guac, pour out the water completely tap out the remaining with a lint less paper towel and you’re good to go. Restaurant style if it isn’t made at the table. (Not my preferred method)
