My elderly father, who refuses to eat chicken, smelled it, tried it and raved over it. I've made this dish for him EVERY WEEK since, and he loves it. What would you serve this with? Iโve only had it on Pizza and as a hero. I would love to try to make it at home but have no clue what I should pair it with other than a salad.
