This might sound dumb, but I never really knew which part of the chicken the โtendorsโ was until you pointed it out when cutting them off the breast lol
actually pronounced "fran-chay-say" not "fran-chase," pronounce all vowels in Italian.
No white wine for deglazing the pan first then the stock and continue the process. The wine makes it slam!
