＼毎日たべたい絶品パスタ／ 自宅でもおいしいパスタはつくれます！ しかもとってもカンタンに・・・！ お店でたべると高額な海鮮系のパスタも自宅でつくればコスパよくたっくさん具材をいれて食べられます！よかったらつくってみてください！ 「ショート動画じゃ分かりにくい！」ってかたはYouTubeで「なべのだいどころ。シーフードペペロンチーノ」で検索してください☺️ -—————— 材料＆調味料 ※1人前 -—————— ■所要時間 ・15分（解凍時間は除く） ■材料 ・パスタ麺 100g ・シーフードミックス お好みの量 ・にんにく（小） 3片 ・鷹の爪 1本 ・パセリ おこのみで ■解凍用海水 水500ml＋塩キャップ2杯（15g） これで海水とおなじ３％の塩水になります ■調味料 ・ピュアオリーブオイル 大さじ2 ・エクストラヴァージンオリーブオイル 仕上げに ※ピュアオリーブオイルとエキストラヴァージンオリーブオイルの違い 「エクストラバージンオリーブオイル」とはオリーブのしぼりたて（1番しぼり）で非常に香りがつよくオイルのなかでも最高品質です。それに対して「ピュアオリーブオイル」はしぼったオイルをさらに精製（加工）して「香りや味のない油」にしエクストラヴァージンオリーブオイルとブレンドして完成します。 ・エキストラヴァージンオリーブオイル →香りや味わい高い →サラダ・カルパッチョパスタの最後にかける（生食用） ・ピュアオリーブオイル →香りや味わい低い →加熱用や味をかえたくないとき（ドレッシングなど） ※ただし、どちらを使ったらダメということは一切ありません エキストラヴァージンオリーブオイルは加熱してはいけないわけではありません。ただ、火をくわえることで豊かな香りがとぶため、比較的安価なピュアオリーブをつかうほうがいいと思います。 ■トッピング ・エクストラヴァージンオリーブオイル ・ブラックペッパー -—————— 作り方 -—————— 01.3％の塩水でシーフードミックスをゆっくり解凍する 02.解凍されたらかるく水洗いしてペーパーで水分をふきとる 03.にんにくをつぶしあらくみじん切りにする 04.フライパンにオリーブオイルとニンニク、鷹の爪をいれ弱火でじっくり炒める 05.ニンニクの香りがたってきたらシーフードいれてさらに炒める 06.ゆで汁をおたま1杯いれてフライパンをゆらし油と水分を一体化させる（乳化） 07.表記時間-1分の麺をいれて水分をすわせるように炒めたる 08.味がうすい、麺が硬いときはゆで汁を追加する 09.しあげにオリーブオイルをかけたら完成です ============ 自己紹介 ============ ■なべ 1985年生まれ 宮崎県出身 調理師免許所持 飲食店経験15年…
