1/2 Onion
1/4 Green & Red Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Ginger paste
3 Green finger chillies
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1 Tbsp Mix powder of Mild Madras Curry Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 Tsp Kasoori Methi
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Tandoori Masala
1 Tsp Naga Pickle
Fresh Coriander
1 Fresh Tomato Quartered
OPTIONAL Special Sauce (Recipe Below)
300ml Base Gravy
Red Masala Special Sauce
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
2 Tbsp Pataks Tandoori Paste
2 Tbsp Pataks Tikka Paste
500ml Yogurt
1 Tsp Mix Powder
1 Tsp Mint sauce
Red food colouring optional
