Ingredients
Yogurt
Green chili paste
Ginger garlic paste
Red chili powder
Dried coriander (crushed)
Salt
Gram flour
Garam masala
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Boneless chicken
Cooking oil

Green chilies
Button red chilies

Paratha

Paratha Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt.
Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll each ball into a thin, round paratha.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each paratha with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
