Ayesha that Is not the authentic way of making momos. You don't have to cook the chicken three times. Take raw chicken mince, add all your filling. Then add to the momos sheet and steam. Chicken mince cooks very quickly. Steam for 15 mins n your momos will be so juicy.
The way you're doing it will make the chicken very dry.
Try the authentic way with a small quantity and see the difference.
