For paratha dough
1 egg
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp milk powder
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp oil
Water as required
Ghee as required
Oil for greasing dough and cooking paratha as required
For chicken tikka chunks
300g bones chicken cut into chunks
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed red chilli
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp yogurt
1tsp Kashmiri lal Mirch
1tsp oil
Oil 2 tsp for cooking chicken
1/2 cup water
Coal piece for bbq flavour
For chatni/sauce
1 cup yogurt
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tap
Red chilli 1/4 tsp
1 tbsp green chatni
