  1. Yh it's a nice recipe but seriously why does everyone assume healthy means low fat? Low fat almost allways means higher sugar content wich is alot worse than higher fat… It all depends on what fat is used… Like for example equal calories of olive oil or fish oil versus Equal calories of clarified butter is not the same thing… All are fats of equal energy yet your body will metabolise nore fat eating the butter. Diet isnt just about calories. Calories are a measurement of expenditure your body requires not how much weight you will gain in a day. Stay away from processed food and you can literally eat what you want…
