You can't go wrong with an easy, healthy chicken stir fry! You can also get creative swapping up the veggies, so have fun with it. 🙂 Enjoy!
I discovered this just doing a Google search and ended up using shaoxing cooking wine instead of sherry and using cornstarch instead of arrowroot powder. also used boneless skinless thighs and threw in some celery for a mirepoix-like effect
I made this! I added a little bit of siracha and cornstarch to the sauce. Soooo freaking delicious!

I used apple cider vinegar because I didn't have rice wine vinegar and a mix of white and dark chicken. So good! Will definitely make again
