  1. Dear Chef,
Stop selling Phillips Air Fryer. Ninja is a better Air Fryer. Cosori is a good brand. Kalorik is also a good brand. There are so many other good brands but this Chef is paid by Phillips to market their machine. I just bought a Ninja Foodie. A good Brand name . Blessings

  3. I will surely try this with my new airfryer! However will the marination time be just 5 minutes, sir ? Should the brine – ing process be done with the gashes or without the gashes ? Should the chicken be refrigerated while brine-ing ?

  4. Hello, Chef! 👌 An oldie and newbie at cooking here. And, scared, too! :D. A question or 2. We hv a small frier (Westpoint, WP-5256, 1300 watts, 1.6 litre). Do you think 4 leg pieces wl fit in n be done properly? Yr advice (&, any other user's who has experience of above fryer) will be of great help. Thanks a heap in advance. (Farid; Karachi)
