Ingredients:
• Chicken (tukdon mein kata hua)
• Khadi lal mirch
• Adrak-lehsun ka paste
• Haldi
• Namak
• Dhaniya powder
• Jeera powder
• Thoda tel
• Dahi
Method:
• Chicken ke tukdon mein khadi lal mirch, adrak-lehsun paste, haldi, namak, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, tel aur dahi daal kar achhe se mila lo.
• Is marinade ko raat bhar fridge mein rakho.
• Agle din, is marinated chicken ko medium flame par cook karo jab tak chicken achhe se gal jaaye aur masale tel chhodne lage.
Bas! Spicy Chicken Masala taiyaar hai – serve garma garam!
