Chikna Chainese Issmoked Murgi🐓: Ingredients & Recipe Below:-
– Marinate 1 kg chicken with 1 tbsp each of red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, schezwan sauce, salt, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, half tbsp each of red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and crushed black pepper. Let it sit for an hour at least.
– Heat 6 tbsp oil in a pan and fry in the chicken on high flame for 8-10 minutes turning sides at regular intervals. Now pour off the remaining marinade on top of the chicken and close the lid turning flame to low for 15-18 minutes basting the chicken with the oil in the pan at regular intervals.
– Finally if any excess moisture is left in the pan then turn flame to high drying it off completely. Now turn off the flame and give the chicken Dhungaar for 3 minutes. Lastly remove any excess oil left in the pan and serve the chicken with some salad and your favourite dip.
