a little sour cream, diced green oin and or jalapenos it would be really GOOD

Good Stuff!!! I make a mexican version where I make Taco Meat, include the various toppings, then top with corn bread batter. It's GUD!! Feel free to appropriate my version, if you like!
Food looks great. I just hope they clean up the empty cans after filming. wouldnt want anyone wild critters getting their heads stuck in them.
