This delightful pumpkin-shaped sourdough is a joy to make at any time of the year, but especially around Halloween when pumpkins reign supreme!

It requires a little focus and attention but is achievable by anyone and (with the help of a good starter) will reward you with a light, bubbly loaf. Our Chilli Oil goes into the dough at the end of bulk fermentation, along with a generous helping of cheddar. Of course, all sourdoughs require a good quality salt so we turned to our friends at @cornishseasalt to lend a helping hand.
