Chili Chicken is a very juicy and tasty restaurant style chicken recipe made using Chicken which is fried and then cooked in a special sauce.
LETS BEGIN

1.Chicken – 1/2 kilo cut into medium sized pieces, Now let us marinate it, for this we need
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
Egg white – 1
Corn flour – 3 tablespoon
All purpose flour – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 3/4 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking soda/Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Mix them well and marinate for thirty minutes

2.Now deep fry the marinated pieces

3.In a pan heat oil – 2 tablespoon

4.To make cornflour slurry we need
Corn flour – 3 tablespoon
To it add water – 200ml
Mix them and make a slurry, keep it aside

5.To the hot oil add
Chopped ginger – 2 teaspoon
Chopped garlic – 2 teaspoon
Chopped green chilies – 3
Saute them well
Then add
Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
Red chili sauce – 2 tablespoon
Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Saute well

6.Add sugar – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt just little
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Mix them well

7.Add onion pieces – 20 big sized
Capsicum pies cut into diamond shapes – 20 to 25
Saute them little

8.Now add the corn flour slurry, then add fried chicken pieces and mix well

9.Add spring onion greens – 2 tablespoon and mix well

10. Chili chicken is ready have it with parota or roti
