Ingredients:
Small Cut Fish – 200 grms
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Curd – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Orange Food Color – 1/8 tsp (Optional)
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Cooking Oil – For Fry
Preparation method:
1. Add cornflour. Curd, Ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, Garam masala, Salt, food color into a bowl
2. Add small amount of water and mix well.
3. Dip the small cut fish pcs and keep it for 30 mins
4. After 30 mins, roll the fish pcs in the breadcrumbs
5. Fry it until golden brown color.
