This might be my fav thing you've ever done Rikmeister! JUST LOOK AT THAAAAAT! π one of my favs from the chinese takeaway-beef curry and chips or noodles. Superb mate! always having me drooling
Really love curry beef party w/ noodles, thanks
As a teenager we used to get chips and gravy from the Chinese, it was not curry sauce though. Have looked for that recipe for years
..that curry looked SPECTACULAR… Could you at some stage maybe do a simple Chicken curry ( Bone -In) .. π
One of my staples, I love Chinese curry. Nice one Rik. π

YUMMY! Nice one Rik. Easy and tasty too.
Well thatβs dinner sorted! π€€
I'm reading the comments, and very surprised that chips (=fries, for us in the US) seem to be the UK starch of choice with this dish! Here it's always rice with Chinese take-out. You learn something new every day! Actually the baking soda trick is pretty new to me, too (saw you do it recently). I've always just used corn starch to tenderize. Making me hungry, Rik! Hmmm, what's for dinner?
looks good
We love Chinese curry, oddly enough π thank you my friend π
Can't go wrong with beef (or chicken) curry half n half π I've made my first batch of curry paste and am looking forward to giving it a road test later this week. Cheers Rik π
I have to make sure that I am eating while watching your vlogs- they always make me hungry! π
I love curry so this recipe makes me super happy. Thank you and looks so delicious too.
I have to admit – I don't think I have ever had Chinese curry. I think I might give it a try.
Delicious. We had curried prawns and rice last night and now I'll need to take some beef steak out of the freezer for tonight.
Looks scrumptious as always Rik. Love loads of onions and peas in a Chinese curry.
I have to say you are the only one I subscribe to with this amount of usable content. Keep going I'm learning all the time β€π
That looks amazing. Definitely will do that. We don't do the chips here in New Zealand as a rule, with curry.
That is absolutely champion.
Ric, you should think about putting out a Cookbook Mate.
I love a good curry, but with a little spicy kick with it, yummy, you do make it look so easy, thanks, Rick.
I'm hungry π
IT smells divine π
