Ingredients

Peanut Oil- 2 tbsp
Ginger- 1 tbsp (finely minced)
Garlic- 2 tbsp (finely minced)
Ground Chicken- ยฝ lb
Xaoxing (cooking wine)- 2 tbsp
Corn Kernels- 15 to 28oz
Chicken Stock- 4 cups
Cornstarch- 3 tbsp
Water- 4 tbsp
Large Eggs- 2 (lightly beaten)
Sesame Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 ยฝ tsp or to taste.
White Pepper- ยผ tsp
Chive- ยผ cup (thinly sliced)
