Ground Chicken- ½ lb
Xaoxing (cooking wine)- 2 tbsp
Corn Kernels- 15 to 28oz
Chicken Stock- 4 cups
Cornstarch- 3 tbsp
Water- 4 tbsp
Large Eggs- 2 (lightly beaten)
Sesame Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 ½ tsp or to taste.
White Pepper- ¼ tsp
Chive- ¼ cup (thinly sliced)

Great Shaun👌👌 The only thing I do different is that I use cream style corn instead and add a tbsp or two of whole kernel corn. Looks great with a bit of pepper sauce😊
