Recipe taste bad, should have added some beer and braise it to soften the pork
if I am using freash mushrooms can i use some chicken stock? best pork and mushrooms i ever had had a watery liquid not gravy like , so i want to try and replicate that, yours looks very close to it
Add some rock sugar and thicken a little bit and some sesame oil will being this to another level. Another tip is when you cooked the pork to add a little chinese cooking wine to get rid of that porky taste.
I've got all the ingredients for this except oyster sauce
